Bitumen Drum Decanter Models
We manufacture 8 different models of Bitumen Drum Decanters with production capacities ranging from 4.5 MT/hour to 9 MT/hour. Each unit is designed for continuous melting of standard 200 kg bitumen drums, ensuring uninterrupted bitumen flow throughout the production process.
For customers requiring a self-contained system, an integrated Hot Oil Heater can be mounted on the same skid, allowing the machine to operate independently without an external hot oil source.
All VKE Bitumen Decanter models support Bio Fuel, Wooden Pallets, Sugar Cane Waste, Wood, Cow Dung, and Wheat & Rice Stalks (Parali) as fuel sources. Each unit is coated with industrial-grade high-temperature paint, stable up to 250°C, for superior durability and corrosion protection.
